⚡ This Schedule Works Best With Coaching

This 180-day plan is designed for students already enrolled in structured coaching. NEETwalaz provides free coaching for dropper students — this schedule aligns with their program curriculum.

The 180-Day Plan — 3 Phases of 60 Days Each

Phase 1: Days 1–60 — NCERT Foundation

Spend the first 60 days exclusively on NCERT. No advanced books. No shortcuts. Every line, every diagram, every table in NCERT Biology, Chemistry and Physics must be read and noted.

Week 1-2Cell Biology, BiomoleculesSome Basic ConceptsUnits & Dimensions, Kinematics
Week 3-4Cell Division, Plant MorphologyAtomic StructureLaws of Motion, Work-Energy

How many hours daily should I study for NEET in 180 days?
In Phase 1 (days 1-60): 8 hours/day — 3 hours Biology, 2.5 hours Chemistry, 2.5 hours Physics. In Phase 2 (days 61-120): 9 hours/day — add 1 hour for question practice. In Phase 3 (days 121-180): 10 hours — add 1 hour for mock test analysis.

Phase 2: Days 61–120 — Module Study + Questions

Complete coaching modules for all subjects. Solve minimum 100 questions per day — chapter-wise first. Take one mock test every Sunday. Review every wrong answer same day before sleeping.

Phase 3: Days 121–180 — Mock Mode + Revision

Take 2 full mocks per week. Identify top 5 weak chapters — revise them every weekend. Stop learning new topics at Day 160 — only revision from Day 161 onwards. Final week: only formulae, diagrams and previous year questions.
